A very good friend of mine, Wally Graf, died earlier this month,
after suffering a major stroke in his home. He was only 39, and left
behind a wife, Kari, and his three teenage children. At the time of his
death, Wally was unemployed, and thus not covered under any medical
insurance, or life insurance, policies.

I'm organizing a benefit to be held Feb 24th, 2001, from 2-8pm, at Povlitski's on 65,
in Spring Lake Park. It will consist of several raffles, along with silent
auctions, live music, etc. One of the raffles is being sponsored by the
Spring Lake Park Lion's Club. I am selling tickets for this raffle (1st prize
is $250, second is $100 and third is $50). If anyone is interested in helping
to alleviate some of the funeral and ongoing living expenses, I encourage you
to get in touch with me (to buy raffle tickets) or to come to the benefit itself.

If you prefer, you can make donations directly by making a deposit at any
TCF bank, or by sending a check to:
Wally Graf Memorial Fund
TCF National Bank
2100 North Snelling Avenue
Roseville, MN 55113

You can reach me at sasutter at mediaone.net, or call me at
651-765-8561.

Thanks!
Scott
